Use Victory Hour Business Pilot™ only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to generate fraudulent documents or engage in deceptive practices.

2. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and AI frameworks belong to Victory Hour Multimedia Inc. Your customer and business data remains your property.

3. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed annually or bi-annually via Stripe in USD.

4. Free Trial Policy

A 7-day free trial is provided upon registration. No credit card is required during the trial.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests within 14 days of payment will be honored. Approved refunds result in immediate license revocation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Victory Hour Multimedia Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this software.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Windsor, Ontario.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Data Handling

Customer data you enter is stored locally on your device via localStorage. We do not store your CRM data on our servers.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
